TEMECULA, CA- MDK KTM Lites rider Matt Goerke put things together this weekend at the Unadilla Valley Sports Center. After having some unlucky breaks between crashing and other issues earlier during the season, the number 41 Florida native went 7-9 for 6th overall. Goerke definitely has the speed and potential to run up front and he is finally gaining the confidence and strength which he needs to do so.

After the weekend was over, Goerke reflected on it commenting, “I have been training really hard in Florida and feeling stronger and stronger each week. I am bummed that I fell in the first moto when I was running in third. That’s racing though and I still gained a lot of confidence throughout the day.”

Coming out of Unadilla, Goerke is one point out of the top ten in the AMA Toyota Motocross Lites series presented by FMF. With four rounds left, expect to see some impressive motos from him.
