LOS ANGELES- This past April at ESPNs debut of the Moto X World
Championships Ricky Carmichael made a claim that he would come back to win
X Games Gold in the Moto X Step Up Final, and tonight he made that claim a
reality.
After nearly an hour of raising the bar, literally, Carmichael cleared 33 feet to
beat out Ronnie Renner who only cleared 32 feet. It was apparent that
Carmichael was more than thrilled about the win.
It was an awesome night! He said excitedly It was an awesome crowd. The
atmosphere was amazing. Thank you! I hope everyone had a great time!
Nearly 13,000 spectators packed the Staples Center seats tonight as Carmichael
took the Step Up title and wowed the crowd.
